Is there a way to see your graphics card working hours.

Hello,
I was wondering if there is a way to see if you graphics card is actually brand new or it's just a scam with re-packed graphics card which was used before....
Is there any type of software that will show you your GPU timeline or something like that, just to make sure that it's 100 % new.

If there is evidence that the box was opened before, it was used. If the fans look worn, has dust in it, you could also tell it was used

Edit:I know a program that can show you stats of the graphics card called GPU-Z, but it doesn't show things like power on hours etc

Everything looked good, box was new, graphics card was also clean, no dust and everything was smelling on "NEW"
But one guy told me that some people do re-packing, so basically they clean and put used graphics cards into a new box so they look like brand new...

Unfortunately there isn't something like SMART (on HDD's and SDD's) for graphics cards. However this could be a plus as well. Since video cards have been known to be damaged when overclocking. If they had a SMART feature you would bet that the manufacturer would log core clocks and memory clocks and void many warranty claims for users that overclocked. It's also likely that someone would find a way to reset any sort of hour counter if they were unscrupulous.
