is there a way to unlock amd a4 5000 for oc?

I have managed to OC the graphics chip and unlocked it (See: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-3wv9J3Xl_g), I was just wandering if there is a way to do something similar to the cpu.

Specs:
AMD A4 5000 (AMD Radeon HD 8330 Overclocked)
8GB DDR3 RAM
500GB HDD
HP 255 G3 Laptop
Windows 8.1 (Soon 10)

you can try the amd overdrive, but 99.9% it wont be able to .

I know that doesn't work, there's not even the option. (BIOS dosent work either, I have oced my main PC with a AMD fx 8320
