Is there an application that will display CPU/GPU/System temps onscreen?

I apologize if this is in the incorrect area. I wasn't sure where to post this question.

I have two monitors and would like to display my system temps and fan speeds on my second monitor. Is there a program that I can download that will always keep them displayed? I already have plenty of programs that tell me the temps, but I would like to keep them displayed permanently on my display, similar to subtitles on a movie.

My personal favorites are, hwinfo64 for cpu temps, gpuz for gpu/VRAM usage and temps, then task manager to see CPU usage and ram usage. I keep those all open on my second monitor. As far as permanent apps I don't know of any.

I'd recommend NZXT Cam. It has an advanced mode if the basic one isn't enough for you.
