Highly unlikely. First it is a very basic router, these generally have very tiny ram and flash memory so non of the third party images fit. Hard to say can't find details. The key thing I did find is it runs qualcomm chipsets. Qualcomm does not release enough information about their chip and does not provide device drivers that would be needed by people to write third party firmware.
Question would be more what features do you actually need that the router does not provide. Many of the extra features require quite a bit of cpu power and memory to run. There many routers similar to the unit you have that do support one the many third party firmware like dd-wrt or others.
