Question Is there any software i can save my sound volume per game.

You know this is a simple question does not matter how i type it into google how i abbreviate it it neve comes up with what i am looking for i mod alot of arcade roms some are very loud and also with pc games instead of dropping back to desktop every time to adjust the volume when recording is there any software that i can use to save per game sound volume thanks any help would be appreciated.
