[SOLVED] Is there any way to connect a USB 3.0 case connector to a mobo with USB 2.0 headers?

I have an older system that I've moved from a case with a shorted front USB panel to a new case for my daughter to use. The problem is that the mobo is an ASUS M4A88T-M which is quite old although it works perfectly. The new case is a Corsair Carbide SPEC-4 which is considerably newer. Since the main reason to buy the new chassis was to have front USB ports again, I feel a little dumb for not realizing that the front panel USB 3.0 cable would not fit the 2.0 headers on the mobo. Is there any kind of adapter that would work as a short term fix until I bite the bullet and do a complete rebuild?

Yes. Just the thing. Thank you. I never thought of looking at PCIe adapters. I was thinking of something to make my round peg fit the square hole. Never occurred to me to add a round hole.

Edit: Now if I could just figure out how to change the topic to solved...
