Looking at the pictures, I would say three slot width. There are two backplate slots used and the cooler sticks out beyond the second slot. I would say three.
The specs show a thickness of 51mm.

"0.800 inch between slots."

Yes this. What @USAFRet said.

Almost 20mm or 2cm or 0.8'.

Although some boards don't have max number of slot possible. Then again if there's space between it's a multiple of 0.8'.

Is this the card here? Says 51mm wide. That's almost 3 slots, 2 slots and a half, to be more precise. But that I'd say would cover 3 slots easily.

Just for clarity, the written spec:
https://cdn.instructables.com/ORIG/FS8/5ILB/GU59Z1AT/FS85ILBGU59Z1AT.pdf

pg 11 & 12 indicate the expansion slots.

0.800 inch between slots.

can u plz tell what is the width of the slot itself? 5mm?

But why? Knowing that doesn't change anything.

If you install a 2.5 slot GPU the two slots closest to the GPU x16 slot will be unusable for an expansion card.

You might be able to sneak a riser cable under there and put an expansion card somewhere else, but then you probably have another slot that could be used instead.

Some motherboards will locate the first pcie x16 slot closer than normal to the cpu.
This may impact the cpu cooler you can use.
To check if such clearance is an issue, go to the noctua motherboard compatibility app and enter your motherboard:
https://ncc.noctua.at/motherboards

Past that, do not worry unless you plan on adding some pcie adapter cards.
A ATX motherboard will have space for 7 slots, and MATX for 4 slots.

Itx is a no go.
