I am guessing you upgraded to iOS 13. If this is the case for you, do this. Before you start this process make sure you have backed up any photos, videos or other content from your device that you wouldn’t want to lose. After that, you'll need to download this https://download.tenorshare.com/go/reiboot-mac_1080.dmg (Mac Version) https://download.tenorshare.com/go/reiboot_1051.exe (Windows Version). Then after you have installed it, follow this video.

Thank you for that. It almost looks too easy. Is it safe? The Apple forum rep that answered my query awhile back said the was NO way to roll back the OS. I have Software Version13.4.1. Will that make any difference?
How does the (Windows in my case) program know to go back to IOS 12.x.x?

All I recommend you do is backup your iPad before you do so and delete the downgrade application when finished for safety purposes. As far as which version you want, in this video

Theres a place where it says "Firmware Version". Click on it to change what version you want.
Guessing it worked! If you have any other questions just message me. I'm always accepting questions.

I decided to forgo the roll back. Not too savy with Apple products. Afraid I'll botch the process. I'll wait for Mozilla to come up with an upgrade that fixes the issue. But thank you again for your detailed help. I will keep that info for future needs.

May I inquire about another issue with you?
If so, I was wondering if there was any way to allow my ipad to use my ancient WD My Book Live NAS. I found OS13 software for the newer My Cloud, but I fear the My Book Live NAS is going to have the same issue with the new OS13 that Firefox is having. And WD is not likely to come up with any upgrades for the old NAS.
