If you already have 16 gb of RAM why do you want to upgrade that? What you have is fine. SSD is a good idea, and new video card if you want higher settings or smoother frames if your monitor can handle it. You may want to look at your keyboard/mouse/monitor also for upgrades. A nicer monitor if you have some basic setup can make a better difference in the system quality feel than faster parts.
