Is there such a thing as a cheap asic?

i know its a long shot but i was wondering if anyone knew somewhere/one selling any asic for under 100? i dont care to much what kind just want to mine with something other than my computer 24/7. Or alternatively tell me if something like this https://www.ebay.com/itm/124725894495?hash=item1d0a3e1d5f:g:1eYAAOSwAsJgoAc9 would be worth it for about 80 bucks. Even usb ones are fine ive just been seeing those go for 2-300 depending on the brand, and i find full size asics like the antminer s9 for that price. This is more for the hobby/practice of it than making huge profit.
