Question Is this $650 laptop a good deal ?

I found an Acer Aspire 14 AI (A14-51GM-57BP) for about $650 USD with an Intel Core I5 13420H CPU and an RTX 2050. It already has 16GB of DDR5 RAM and 512GB of storage. Is this a good deal or is there another better laptop? I don't want a gaming-focused laptop.
