Processor is not as important as GPU brand so choice no.5 is definitely my go-to for gaming.
not only it's good but it has a motherboard that support i7 processor when you plan to upgrade your processor in the future, you don't have to change the whole motherboard.

Other rigs have low end motherboard with medium tier graphics card, vice versa. hence the one that is listed above is a well gaming setup. after all, it's your choice.

No worries. No.2 is somewhat the best choice among the rest. GTX 970 overcomes both GTX 1050 and 1050ti
Personally if there are better choices I would choose RX 580 8GB. it offers a huge difference in performance and it considered a top value GPU and it's cheap too!
