So im building a very cheap "gaming" PC although im probably only gonna play League of Legends, Minecraft and maybe CS:GO
My budget is around 300 bucks so these are the parts i picked.
Can anyone tell me if these parts are the best for this kind of build or should i do some changes?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 2200g
GPU: Vega 8 from my CPU but im gonna upgrade in the future probably gonna get a 1070
MB: MSI B350M PRO-VD PLUS, i chose this board since with a B350 i can overclock my CPU
RAM: Kingston DIMM DDR4 8GB (2x4GB kit) 3200 MHz HX432C16PB3K2/8, i read that with this CPU i should get a 3200 MHz ram so this is the cheapest kit i could find in my country.

PSU: LC Power LC6650 V2.3 80+Bronze 650W, I know 650W is a bit overkill for this build but this is the cheapest 80+ Bronze PSU i could find :/

HDD: Im wondering if i could just use my old HDD from my current PC its a 300GB HDD with original Windows 10.

Case: As for the case im gonna use this very old HP Compaq DC7600 CM i found in my house. I want my PC to look old but have new parts in it. So im wondering if anyone can tell me if my case is compatible with my motherboard and the the other parts.

So all of this is exactly around 300 bucks. Because i wont be buying a new HDD or a case.
So are these parts good for this build or should i make some changes? Thanks.

Solution
For PSU, I'd get 450W Seasonic than 600W LC Power any day.

Try avoiding that case you proposed, since it is a custom design and it is likely that a standard ATX PSU won't fit, and that's probably only the top of the iceberg. If you really need a retro look, rather get a classic old midi or mini tower ATX case.

As for the HDD, you can resuse it, but will likely need to reinstall Windows due to new hardware.
