Seems to be ok , but why dont u get a windows 7 jack sparrow edition and spend that money on an i3 + r7 250 .

Actually its kinda overkill for Indie Games, Minecraft will run perfect.

You can always wait for her birthday and add her an SSD as a gift. She will Love it. Good luck mate

PD: Nice choice on the ram, you need Fast and quantity when using amd Apus.
