Is this a good build on 2020, My budget is 700$ - 800$ and can match with the new next gen upcoming games? what do you think? any advice will be appreciated it!

All are fine, but the morherboard, is very basic.
For about the same price, you get a quality B450:

I would recommend investing $60-$80 more and get 2060 Super instead
