Could you guys tell me if this is a good build or not?

Motherboard: Asrock Z77 Extreme 4
RAM:G.Skill Sniper 2x4GB DDR3 1600MHz
Casing:Aerocool X-Predator X1 Black
HDD:Western Digital 1TB Caviar Blue
DVD-RW:LiteOn 24x
PSU : Seasonic S12 II 620W
GPU:Leadtek GTX670 2GB GDDR5
CPU Cooler :CM Hyper 212 EVO TURBO

Yes, that is a very good build.

The GTX 670 is a great card at that price point. It performs very impressively and is very well rounded. However, if you find one for the same price as a 670, the 7970 would be the better buy, although it may require a bit more power to run, I think, but will still run well on 620W. (not 100% on that one, going off memory here..) For a graphics card, get the very best you can afford, as the i5 won't hold anything back when gaming.

Also, if you're not planning to overclock, don't bother with the K series Intel chips. The "K" just means unlocked multiplier for overclocking.

Mine is very similar to yours and I get 70+ fps in bf3 and planetside 2 on ultra ...

so is 670 or 7970 is cheaper?
