Is This A Good Build?

Hi there, I am in need of a gaming computer to record and play games.
The games I currently and want to play is Minecraft, CS:GO, and GTA 5.
I want to be able to play at 120 FPS+ While Recording

There are two builds there.
Also, if I am wasting more money than I should be, can you guys help me build a new setup?
I will not be playing high demanding games like Battlefield though.

yes u will get very good fps with minecraft and cs go ..
