Hello. I am building a new pc. Can this pc runs FTB (feed the beast) modpack for minecraft at 720p at maxed out settings+12 render distance with seus v10.0.im also gonna be doing some video editing and streaming where the 8 cores would come in handy.

Amd fx8320
m5a78l
8gb ram
gtx 950(if im not playing with shaders, can i just get r7 265?)
Cx500m

Solution

streaming is based more off your internet connection than it is your computer, your computer just has to be capable of playing the game with all of those mods, which as long as you dont have bf4 running in the background, i'm pretty sure you'd be capable of streaming with 100 mods, which im assuming just means 100 additional things installed into minecraft's core game. and you certainly don't need an 8 core processor for minecraft.
you'll more than likely never see the light of day when it comes to streaming if your not willing to at least go for around a 700$ budget, 700-750 I could probably put together something for you, but for 550, you can play games, but not stream them, unless your streaming in 360p, which is basically a joke.

do you mind upgrading your cpu in the future or do you just want to buy a whole new pc in a year or two from now?

I am just streaming mc at 720p :/ not bf4

In maybe a year and a half i would? Why? You want me to get an i5 now and get an i7?

I think if you went with this below you would be able to achieve everything you want. as a matter of fact I think you'd hit 1080p with this

With this build you'll be able to render video in 1080p and live in 1080phttp://pcpartpicker.com/user/wazero/saved/2W7j4D the reason why I went over kill on the psu is just incase you want to upgrade to a better gpu in the future or for over night rendering
