It's a nice build, as above I would change the SSD to at least 500GB. If you can afford it I would swap the HDD for this:

Your build will work as is.
My thoughts:

Replace the two drives with a 1tb ssd.
Any ssd will be about 40x faster than a HDD.

m.2 pcie is faster sequentially than a 2.5" device, but, as a practical matter you would not notice the difference.
These days, both are about the same cost for the same capacity.
A Intel 660P or 670P will be about $75:

You could skip the H410r cpu cooler, the 12500 comes with a stock cooler
