Is this a good card? How would it compare to integrated ati 3000 graphics?

against the 4000 its an 2 star difference.
the 4000 is better then the 3000 so it will be better then the inegrated grapics.
although i recommend to save up some money and buy a better one.

Here is the Tomshardware graphics card hierarchy. The R7 240 is MUCH better than the Ati 3000 integrated graphics. You can find the 3000 graphics down near the bottom of the chart and the R7 240 in the middle.

You don't want the DDR3 version. You'll see much better performance from the DDR5 version for roughly the same price.
