Here is the link to the PC Parts List:
I am only going to play single player games and not multiplayer or online games. I am not going to be playing with Raytracing. I am going to be using a Samsung M8 Smart Monitor. I am going to be playing games at 4K 60 FPS. As for the Distro i am going to be using Linux Mint.

That's an impressive list of components. But you didn't list the games you want to play and the monitor you use. For gaming at 1080p and 60 Hz this would probably be a very expensive solution. If you want to play at 4k and 144 Hz e.g. that might seem apropiate. Maybe Raytracing also is something to keep in mind.
Which Linux distribution are you planning to use?
If you are familiar with gaming on Linux, the way it used to be several years ago, as i am, you might wonder, why anybody would use it for that. But that has changed quite a bit luckily.
Hast it really gotten that much better?

Oh yes I should’ve added some more info in the post above. i’m going to be playing games like red dead redemption 2, cyberpunk 2077, starfield, bioshock, resident evil. It’s going to be only single player games and not multiplayer or online games. I’m going to be using the Samsung M8 smart monitor and i’m going to play games at 4K 60Hz. I’m not going to be using Ray Raytracing. As for the Distro i think i am going to be using Linux Mint.
