Hello im new to tom's hardware, well not totally new but I just created an account and
since this webite has many clever people about system's
I wanted to ask this question: Is this a good Intel/AMD build?
Don't worry about the budget and probably one of you are going to suggest NVidia
but since 60% of my favorite games work better on amd gpu's I decided to go with amd.
So here is the build:

Please don't be negative because this is my first post.

Honestly i think it is complete overkill, this will make NASA blush and hardcore gamers cry.
I don't think you need 6 cores if you are going to use this for gaming.
8gb should suffice for gaming but if you do get 16gb get 2x8gb instead of4x4
WAAAAYYYY too many storage drives, you should just gave 2 (1 for os and 1 for games)
I would not call this good, (its clear you just got the most expensive and overkill items available) i would call it interesting at best, but not good.

Thanks! Hey can you suggest me a cheaper build the thing is I need pretty beast pc because I will be working in cryengine (4th generation) and it's very demanding and I will need lot's of storage and ram because I won't be just gaming I will be rendering 4k videos autodesk programs with vray and high end game development so if you have a more sufficient cheaper build then can you please tell me the spec's of it?

It isn't. You don't need to spend $7K on a rig. Spend about 1/4 of that, and Corsair Dominator Platinum is ridiculously over priced and overrated and does nothing to help your system's performance. Dual 7990s are not a good option because they're notorious for driver instability, dual GTX 780Ti is much better. The headphones are not necessary and neither is Windows 7 Ultimate.

This would be a far better use of money:

- Use current i7-4930K, better than i7-3930K
- Thermaltake Water 3.0 is better than Corsair H100i
- Ditched the Dominator Platinum
- Dual GTX 780TI is way better than dual Radeon 7990
- Dropped the PSU to a Super Flower 850W
