Is this a good low-ish end PC?

I'm looking for my first PC to play games like Prop Hunt, Minecraft, Skyrim and possibly ARK (after early access) at 1080p 40-60fps high-ultra. I am switching from an Xbox One and my main priority is making it run better so I can look at it and say 'that was NOT at all a waste of money).
Will this get me the best price to performance ratio for my money?

I would not buy a dual core anymore. Some games require at least 4 cores.

I plan on overclocking it and buying an i5/7 down the line as the games i want to play now do not require 4 cores.

i would do this and get 4 cores honestly unless its temporary and you plan to get an i5 in the near future the i5-4460 in your current build would raise the price by about 100.... or 137 later to upgrade. if not wanting to upgrade soon my build is better

definitely get a 750ti for better gaming than 260x and less power consumption

For Minecraft Skyrim and Prop hunt your pc should be able to run that all well since I have an extremely similar build. Same GPU but it's the Sapphire. Also same CPU. But for Ark you won't. Also on skyrim maybe not ultra
