Is this a good monitor?

I will be using this monitor for moslty playing fps,skyrim,overwatch,and others.

It's a fine monitor, just regular and nothing that unique. If you can live with 60Mhz refresh rate, otherwise I'd try to find a 120 or 144, especially with the card you're getting.

BenQ is a good brand though.

It is a great monitor. Any IPS monitor from a trusted manufacturer will do. I have a Dell S2715H.
