Is this a good overclock for the GTX 970?

I'm using MSI Afterburner, have a GTX 970 (a normal one from Nvidia, no third party), CPU is A10 6800k, 750W PSU, 16GB DDR3, and a microATX mobo (not sure if that matters). Anyway, is this good for my overclock?

Another question: What could happen with this kind of voltage and does it actually help me? Also, does the card take more power from the PSU than the mobo or the other way around?

I need to know and I want someone to answer all of these, not just one. If you know just one, just say that one. I'm a bit on the edge on even trying something new.

I'm guessing I'm fine then?
