Hi all, I am a first time PC builder and i'm from Sri Lanka. I'm looking for Ultra gaming. I have picked all of the parts, and before buying them, I wanted to check if it was a good pc. And i have very dirty power in my area so i need an ups and 230V to 220v power converter. If you have something to say or add, don't hesitate to say it. I need your help as I am very inexperienced. My Budget is 2200$

Intel Core i7-4790K Processor
ASUS Z97-A Motherboard
EVGA GeForce GTX 970 SSC ACX 2.0 4GB
Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB 2x8GB DDR3 2400MHz PC3 19200 Desktop
Corsair RM Series 650 Watt ATX/EPS 80PLUS Gold-Certified Power Supply
Corsair Hydro Series H110 280 mm High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
NZXT Guardian 921 RB ATX Mid Tower Case
ASUS VG248QE 24-inch LED-lit Monitor
Nvidia 3D Vision 2 Wireless Glasses Kit
Samsung 250GB SSD
WD Blue 1 TB Desktop Hard Drive
HyperX Cloud Gaming Headset
Creative Sound Blaster Audigy PCIe RX 7.1 Sound Card with High Performance Headphone Amp
Perixx PX-1100, Backlit Keyboard
Anker Programmable Gaming Laser Mouse
SteelSeries QcK Heavy Gaming Mouse Pad
CyberPower BRG1350AVRLCD UPS 1350VA/810W
Rockstone Power 1000 Watt Heavy Duty Step Up/Down Voltage Transformer Converter

Solution
Change the processor to an Intel 4670k
Good motherboard choice
Very good Graphics card choice
Good Ram
Good Power supply
The CPU cooler is going to be overkill if your not overclocking allot. Cooler master hyper 212 evo is good enough
Cannot comment on case, that's subjective.
Good gaming monitor
You didn't specify SSD model, only size
Drop that creative sound card. The onboard will sound almost as good as a cheap sound card. Either buy a quality sound card or don't bother.
Mouse and keyboard are top rated on amazon but I've never used them.
You picked the go to gamer mousepad
You might need this usp depending on the power to your area, I can't judge this component.
