If you can just slightly over the budget, you can get a Ryzen 5 1600, which is a six core processor - much better for gaming in the future, a quad core is getting slightly obsolete for gaming. You could also look for the Ryzen 5 1600 second hand, perhaps it can fit your budget then - lots of Ryzen 5 1600 are being sold second hand in preparation for Ryzen 3000 launch.
