Is this a good price for selling my monitor?

Is $40 good for selling this monitor. I would like $70 because I paid $101, and it is used. Someone is offering me $40 and I was wondering if this was a good offer?

what do you think I should change to get the best deal? I want as much as I can get.

I cant say exactly because the market where I live will be different from where you live. But on my local craigslist I see 1080p monitors similar in size listing from 70-125 dollars. A good and obvious tip is to list for more than you will want. That way you can go down but still get a good price.
