Yes, it's made by Seasonic to a high standard and performs well.

The Corsair CX series is not made by Seasonic (the CX400 was made by Seasonic), they are made by CWT. I've seen no reviews for that particular unit, so I wouldn't say that it was built to a high standard - considering that it's operating temp is only 30C. Nor that it performs well, when it is only 80Plus certified.

For $10 more (before rebate) I would consider this to be a much better buy:

Yes, it will be able to easily run your setup (Either one, they have the same amount of power on the +12V Rail) just get chicheevr is cheaper, if you look at my sig, you'll see I'm running a setup with the same PSU and a HD 6870.
