CM Storm / Razer Deathstalker / Razer Blackwidow (ultimate) are all great but expensive keyboards. I myself have the Sharkoon Skiller which is a great gaming keyboard for under <20$ 😉.

Razer does also make great mouses, but a mouse depends more on preference taking into account that the response time is reasonable. The Razer Deathadder is a very well known gaming mouse, I myself have the more budget Razer Abyssus and I must say it works like a charm =).

A quick note, don't take the mouse with the 'highest DPI", the abyssus has an adjustable DPI function and I am not even using it to the max as I won't even see my...

yep, I even ran the Thief benchmark, no difference. Intel CPUs are barely loaded anyway. Online reviews seem to show Mantle only helps reduce CPU load on weak AMD cpus in AMD sponsored games (ie. BF4 and Thief).

It's my conspiracy theory, that they artificially increased CPU loading in their sponsored games and Mantle is just a software switch which removes that loading for their weak CPUs. It certainly doesn't increase GPU performance as we were initially lead to believe.

after knowing this, i would definately buy the 780, but it is out of stock(f***) & other 780's are more than $820, so going for r9 290 tri-x

If you have the money - Corsair Carbide 500r. Excellent cooling and airflow! Also it comes with some LED fans (I quite like them).

For the price, definitely. You can always "upgrade" airflow by installing better fans (noctua), but the case itself + standard fans are more than enough actually.

You should be going with the Sapphire r9 290 Vapor-x. Lots of overclocking room, really quiet, really cool, and performs as well as a 290x or 780Ti in many cases. Exceeding both at stock clocks, once overclocked in many cases. Check it out here: http://www.kitguru.net/components/graphic-cards/zardon/sapphire-r9-280x-vapor-x-oc-and-r9-290-vapor-x-oc-review/

Great price to performance ratio and all around great card.

V-SYNC caps the graphics card fps to prevent screen tearing. The problem with that is a lower overall framerate is experienced since you are not using the gpu to its full potential. G-SYNC changes the monitor refresh rate so it prevents screen tearing and can still use the gpu to its full potential

Just get a corsair h100i its much easier to setup and its safer than a custom loop.

Only go with a 2 card solution when you must. A single gpu will always perform better than a dual setup if both are producing comparable FPS. SLI and crossfire both have some bugs and issues. I suggest getting the beset single card solution over any dual setup.

Yes they will. But take in mind that it really limits upgrade options, so unless you can get a nice deal don't do it. I don't recommend the 290 either actually (lol). The 290 runs very hot and loud ("like a jet taking off") --> Limits OC/life of GPU.
AMD is purely based on maximum performance in my opinion, therefore they are able to price their cards that cheap. If you only care about performance and are willing to wait for fixes buy the 290. For me it would be a 780 as for that price I just want a card with little issues, lower temps but therefore a possible higher OC.

Actually none of what is being suggested about the 290 is true unless you are referring only to the reference cards.

To quote Kit Guru,

"The Sapphire R9 290 Vapor-X OC is the star of the show today. We feel the R9 290 makes more sense than the more expensive R9 290X. With the amount of overclocking headroom available on this Sapphire card, it is straightforward enough to outperform the fastest overclocked GTX780 Ti solutions, nevermind a reference R9 290X."

You can read the review here: http://www.kitguru.net/components/graphic-cards/zardon/sapphire-r9-280x-vapor-x-oc-and-r9-290-vapor-x-oc-review/

If you want AMD, yes the vapor-x is worth waiting for 😉.
