Is this a nice $1000 gaming rig?

CPU: Intel i5 4570 3.2GHz Quad-Core
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H87M-HD3
Memory: 8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3-1600
Storage: 1TB Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM
Graphics Card: PNY GeForce GTX 770 2GB
Case: Cooler Master HAF 912
PSU: Seventeam ST-750Z-AF (not sure if sold outside Brazil, but it's technically the same as the Silverstone Strider Plus 750W 80+ Silver)
Keyboard + Mouse: Microsoft Wireless Desktop 2000

I'm not going to do any overclocking and I don't really care about my heatsink fan sounding like a jetplane. Also I don't want to be spending that much on the PC, this is kind of the maximum I'm willing to pay. Can you tell me if it's everything ok with the build, no compatibility issues or anything? Please give suggestions. Thanks!!

When I first came up with the idea of getting a new PC, I was thinking of getting the FX-8320 and a 2TB HDD. Then I found out that the i5 4570 is WAY better than the Fx-8320 and there's no need for a 2TB HDD.

So that I could get you a stale motherboard instead of one that could fry your components, I can find another one if you want me to.
