I use HD6670, memtest86 and windows memtest pass

So if you have an AMD graphics before it can't be any left-over NVIDIA drivers giving problems. if memtest86 is happy, then it isn't a memory issue. We are running out of possible explanations. It is either a software issue internal to windows. Which is possible. A temperature issue in the case or a power supply issue. Have you tried it with the side pannel off the case to provide extra cooling air?

i always run my pc with side pannel open, itried change psu, using 2 psu but same

That probably eliminates temperature. You should double check the temps with HWMonitor or similar just to be sure. Really there is not much left except a software problem internal to windows or your motherboard. It is a pain, but if you haven't done a clean windows install in years, that might help but really, I have no definite explanation.

huff maybe what sapphire says is true i must upgrade my hardware, i have clean install windows, temp no overheating all below 70 C
