Is this a safe overclock for an i7 2600k?

So i have a GA-z68ap-d3 motherboard with an i7 2600k and a hyper 212 cooler and i tried to overclock it and got it to 4.4Ghz stable from what ive tested in prime 95 at 65c during stress testing it but i cant find any way to set a specific voltage so its at 1.38v while testing it at 100% load but i was wondering if it is safe since i cant seem to get it lower.

As long as the temps don't exceed 80 C, and you don't mess with the voltage, your current overclock should be fine.

Max voltage for sandy bridge is 1.52v. As long as you stay at or below this voltage you should be fine.
