Question Is this a screen or graphics card issue?

This laptop has a black line across the screen and I'm wondering if it can be solved by replacing the screen panel or if it is more of a graphics chipset type of issue?

I wouldn't call laptop screen replacement a simple thing.

I mean this: https://www.laptopscreen.com/English/model/Toshiba/SATELLITE~C55-A~SERIES/ replacing the LCD should fix it right? I'm no stranger to opening up laptops though I've never replaced an LCD screen before can't say I'm too worried about its complexity from what I'm looking at there. I just want to be sure that I'm diagnosing the problem correctly at the very least, after that it's up to me to not f it up further
