I'm not positive about the results, but from what I've seen this could indicate a failing PSU correct?

I would think that is not reading correctly if your PC is working.I'm not positive about the results, but from what I've seen this could indicate a failing PSU correct?

With the volts it was showing your PC shouldn't even work. You're right, it wasn't correct. I didn't know it'd be so far off like that. I'll guess I'll put my computer under load and check my temps next, thank you for the help.

It depends on which CPU you had. If you can post what you got, we may find the answer for, otherwise, we can just guess it just like you, sorry.Stressing CPU through CPU-Z pretty quickly gets my temp to near 80, so I'm thinking it may just be on overheating problem.
The system shouldn't even work with that kind of low voltages. The readings of HWinfo are wrong.I'm not positive about the results, but from what I've seen this could indicate a failing PSU correct?

You should check your BIOS as well, considering those readings are really bad, too... if it's the same, you should get a new PSU. Those values are not within the 5% tolerance window. This is what my 10yo PSU has to offer.
