RAM: 8gb DDR4 2400MHz
Storage: 240Gb Sandisk SSD, 1Tb Seagate Barracude HDD 7200rpm
Monitor: Asus VG248QE 144Hz 1ms

Will this be able to run Overwatch at a consistent 144fps on ultra settings? I don't mind lowering a few settings to achieve this but I still want the game to look pretty.

This configuration should be perfect for what your looking for, and can even run Overwatch at Epic at 120fps if your looking for that.
Full ultra should be fine.

Looks good to me, but you may want to consider adding another 8GB RAM at some point.

Overwatch shouldn't have a problem with that build.
