Is this a well planned upgrade?

FX-8120 @3.7GHz --- to --- i5 4690k (Might overclock now but will later on)
Gigabyte 970A-D3P --- to --- MSI Z97 Krait Edition
XFX 280X Black Edition --- to --- Gigabyte 980 ti (might overclock)

(Not Upgrading)
Corsair 2x4Gb 1600MHz
rosewill 1000w (I know over kill except on 12v rail)
500Gb barracuda drive (OS)
2x500Gb drives in RAID 0 (Games)
Corsair H60(updated)

I play:
BF4
BFBC2
Kerbal (Heavily modded graphically)
GTA V (Texture mods and 4x traffic and 16x pedestrians)

All on a 2560x1080 Ultrawide 60Hz panel (Might add 2 lower resolution monitors on sides)



Over all is this a good choice or is there else where I should put my money.

Yes, if that is want you want. You may want a decent cpu cooler if you looking to overclock the cpu.
