Is this build good? Could I improve it any better?

Also please tell me if all the parts are compatible. Thanks :)

Solution
After giving it a bit of thought and Iso's comment,
here is what I'd do:
Skip the SSD entirely for now - you can always add it later when you have a budget - really easy task
And get this system as it seems to be way better in a long run. the 1060 6GB is an absolute beast for the 1080p gaming for few good years (3-5).
And of course 8GB of ram is still an option if you really have to meet the under 1300 budget.

CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($267.00 @ Shopping Express)
Motherboard: Asus B150M PRO GAMING Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($134.00 @ CPL Online)
Memory: Kingston FURY 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($96.00 @ CPL Online)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB...

I would if I could, out of my budget though ;p

Instead of the 960, what would you recommend?

Okay, thanks. :)

I'll look for a better SSD, and I've chosen that card instead. Would it be compatible though?

20AUD extra.

as for the video card, if you could do the stretch to a Rx470 I'd recommend it
or wait for a custom OC 1050Ti

Yes, sorry for the confusion, I'm from Australia.

I've updated the list here: http://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/b9QnGf.

Also, my budget is 1300 Australian Dollars.

Hmmm....Okay. I'll look over the list and see if it's good. Thanks!

20$ stretch but way superior performance

Here at 50AUD more you get better MB, double the SSD and double the ram:
If you want to stay withing the budget, get 8GB RAM

Won't be able to afford the RAM, unfortunately. For a little cheaper, is it possible to get 12GB RAM? Thanks a bunch :)

I think that mixing my list with Iso's would result in excellent build.
I have to agree that 1060 3GB is way better GPU.

that how it looks:

CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($267.00 @ Shopping Express)
Motherboard: Asus B150M PRO GAMING Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($134.00 @ CPL Online)

Case: Deepcool TESSERACT SW ATX Mid Tower Case ($49.00 @ Scorptec)
Power Supply: Antec High Current Gamer 520W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($99.00 @ CPL Online)
Wireless Network Adapter: TP-Link TL-WDN4800 PCI-Express x1 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi Adapter ($45.00 @ PCCaseGear)

Other: Cabling and Keyboard ($40.00)
Other: Shipping (Uncounted) Guess ($30.00)
Total: $1371.90

you can save about 30$ on 8GB ram, 15$ on PSU and last resort on SSD.

I'd actually prefer the CXM over the Antec. yes the Antec uses higher quality redundant caps
on the other hand the Corsair comes with DC-DC converters and isn't group regulated.
imo superior to the Antec.

as for the B150M I gotta say I looked at it but in the pictures the PCIe slot was awfully close to the RAM
made me think if it could handle a card of that size without interference. I mean it probably will.

but yes this build is pretty superb.

Solution

Amazing! Simply amazing! 2 things though:

The motherboard is micro ATX, I'd prefer ATX as it generally has more features
Is there anything a (tiny) bit cheaper for the GPU?

look at the ASRock Fatality I posted in my build above. it's ATX. however full ATX boards cost a bit more.
as for the GPU this is the cheapest out of all 1060s/Rx480s on au.pcpartpicker.com.
even the 470s aren't cheaper.

you can look around at your local stores maybe you find it cheaper.
but the next cheapest card is a 1050Ti/960/rx460 which are significantly worse.

I'll just use 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD and that ASRock motherboard. It may be a little over budget, but I can probably fit it in. Other than that, it looks like a decent build, and I'll be getting it in 3 months. Thank you guys so much for your help, I really got a lot better value for money with your suggestions! :)

micro ATX vs ATX board not exactly true.
This micro ATX has decent power delivery, really good sound, all necessary connectors including M.2 slot, 4 RAM slots.
The only thing that "less" is the number of PCIe slots. So there is a slot for GPU and your Wi-Fi card. Do you think you are going to need something else ?
If you still prefer full size board, here is one http://au.pcpartpicker.com/product/qjp323/asus-motherboard-h170pro
As I said, if you slash the RAM to original 8GB, you will be back to 1269AUD.
this is lower than what you started with while really much more powerful for gaming.
SSD is nice for windows boot and applications/games load time, but does not affect performance. So it's kinda "luxury" feature. And honestly, it's the first part to skip for now. In few months you can add it (may be even greater capacity).

in 3 months prices will be lower overall.
best is you check in 2 weeks before you're ready to order
by then we'll have new releases, maybe new CPUs, new GPU models, etc

Well, I prefer Ion's motherboard, and your GPU. As for the SSD, I think I can afford it, so I think I'll just go for it ;p
