Ram: Kingston 4gb x 2 1600mhz
PSU: cooler master 625w
CASE: BITFENIX COMRADE
I just want to know if it's all compatible and will run games like battlefield 4 and AC:UNITY

Your motherboard and processor choice are bad if your not going to overclock get a non K processor and I would buy a better motherboard. Not the H81 chipset.
B85, H87, (Z87 if your going to use a K series processor) H97, (Z97 if your going to use the K series processor)

yes IF overclocking go with any z Series mobo a nice cheap one is the Msi Z97 pc mate
