Damn thats so annoying as i cant find any PC's for a normal price with a 3000mhz ram and gtx 1060+ ryzen 2600/1600, any suggestions? I dont want to build my pc as last time i built a pc there was too many occuring problems and i cant be bothered to deal with that again.
Memory doesn't impact Intel as much as AMD and since your not overclocking I'd get the 9400F, 16gb DDR4 & a 1660 6gb if within budget, came up with this.
How about this? 9400F/SSD/8gb/1060 6gb.
You could add in one when you need the space or get the extra cash. It's much easier to add a HDD in for storage then it would be to get a system with a HDD and then add a SSD in as you'd want to reinstall Windows onto the SSD.

The W1 PSU's aren't very good, 2x4gb in most applications performs better then 1x8gb, everything else looks fine and the motherboard should work as long as the BIOS has been updated.
Updating isn't too difficult as there's usually a few different ways but the board may have been updated prior to being shipped from the manufacturer. If it hasn't been then the 9400F won't work at all (no display).
You don't need to buy a Z390, Asrock came out with the B365 boards which work on all the 8th/9th gen CPU's.

Your missing a GPU and without one there won't be a display since the 9400F doesn't have a integrated one. The BQ is ok but I'd really push for a Seasonic Focus Gold or EVO.

The GQ's are decent. The better ones from EVGA are the B2, G2, G3, GS, P2, PS, & T2.
