It is 2 x 8, unfortunately no budget for improvement on it but if u have any alternative suggestions tho I'm from Greece and my budget's 650euros.

Hmm, maybe drop the memory down to 2x4gb for now so you can get a better PSU? I really wouldn't trust that VS in a gaming system. The budget Corsair PSU I'd get would be the CX or CXM (grey label) PSU's.

This would work but I'd take less memory and get a better 550W unit honestly for future upgrades.
