Solution
Yes, it's all compatible (CPU Support List for your motherboard). However, I'd recommend going with 2x4GB rather than 1x8GB RAM module.
Yes, the system is 64-bit compatible.
Technically, "Run games well" is a matter of opinion. I my opinion, no, it will not run games well. You need a better graphics card (something where the second numeral of the model number is a "6" or higher") and a better power supply to support it. However, some people are perfectly happy running games a low settings.
Yes, it will all fit within the Rosewill FB-03 ATX Mid tower case.

Solution
Yes, a Diamond HD6670 would work well for gaming (at the lower end), but I believe you would probably need a better power supply. Something from Antec, Corsair, PC Power and Cooling, Seasonic, or FSP (fortran source) at a minimum of 450 watts (max 600 watts).

Not one if my recommended brands. I'd rather you go with a Corsair or Antec 450 watt than some lesser quality 600 watt power supply. A quality power supply is the most important component in any computer system. If the power supply goes, there's a good chance it will take some other component(s) with it. A quality power supply lessens that chance significantly.
