Is this computer setup good for gaming?

Hello this is my first time ever building a computer is this one good? Or does there need to be any changes? Also could this run games like Total war rome 2 on extreme graphics? kinda the whole reason why im getting it.

If you have the money, then yes. However, I would go with AsRock Fatality H87 Performance, and a 250 GB Samsung 840 EVO SSD. If you need extra storage, use a external drive or add a 1TB HDD.
