Is this gaming Build good?

Hello I cant afford items more expensive than these so is this a good build for gaming and is it compatible am new to building...

Intel Core i5-4670 Processor (6M Cache, up to 3.80 GHz)
CoolerMaster K281 MidTower Case
LG DVD Writer 24X Optical Drive SATA
Corsair Vengeance 8GB (4x2GB) 1600MHz with XMP 1.3
Corsair 600 W Power Supply
Seagate 1000 GB SATA Hard Drive
ASROCK Z87-EXTREME4 MOTHERBOARD
SAPPHIRE HD 7850 2GB DDR5

can i do any changes thats going to save me money?

Yes, I'd say that this is a real solid build on a budget such as yours, especially a first build. However, if you want to save every dollar you can and or put those dollars into beefing up other parts of the build, then I would recommend that you a.) Take out the DVD Writer, unless you plan on using it. Personally, I do not have one, and have never found a situation where I needed one, but it's your choice. b.) You could, if you want, lower the wattage on your PSU. Anything above 500 would be able to handle your build. So, if you'd like, you could lower to a 550 Watt or something, but have it a modular power supply, so that you can keep the clutter of wires out of your case. Other than that, this is a real solid build.
