Hey so I've been streaming lately and its abit choppy and delayed I was wondering if you think this is ok internet to be streaming with? if not do you have any advice on getting better upload speed?

Your speed is limited by your isp. Nothing you can do on that other than pay for faster speed or get another isp.

So stream upload means you are sending something to somebody? If u have control, can increase compression, this will lower data bandwidth requirement in exchange for lower data quality.

I see that twitch recommends 8Mbs for 1080p/30fps 12Mbs 1080p/60fps

720p/30fps takes 5Mbs, try that out.

Trying to max it might give you some bufferbloat.
