Is this GPU any good for this rig?

I have a standard gaming rig and I'm looking to sli. I plan to get the zotac gtx770 4gb edition GPU but I don't know if this is a good card or not? Or should I focus on my CPU at the moment.

Current setup:
AMD Fx6300
Asrock 990fx killer
Corsair xms 1600mhz 16gb ram
Palit gtx770 4gb
Corsair rm-1000

If are not going to do SLI one day, then a seasonic 620w would be fine.

The 770 is a good card. It can handle any game without a problem.

Not so much the 770, i know that GPU is excellent but the brand of Zotac behind it.

It is but the 850w here is a much better deal and inn reality a good 550w would be fine.

It is but the 850w here is a much better deal and in reality a good 550w would be fine.

I would try to stick to ASUS or EVGA if you can. MSI and Gigabyte are not bad either.
