Is This Image Acceptable for Avatar? [Question for Moderators Only]

I don't want to get into trouble so I'm wanting to play it safe, I've linked to an image below, and I was wondering if it violates any of the rules for avatars, if it does, please remove the link, and I apologize in advance if it is not allowed. Just wanting to make sure I can use it for an avatar, and if not, I won't.

Also, sorry if this is the wrong thread, I wasn't sure where to ask this.

As long as it can be scaled down to fit within the maximum allowed dimensions & is of the correct file type, there is nothing there that violates our rules.

Thanks for the verification, just wanted to make sure. I'll crop it and size it down to 100 x 100 or less.
