so I have the pump set to balanced and when I'm gaming, I can hear the pump outside of my case, I'm using the corsair 570X case and it has openings but still, I can hear it.

the liquid temp is pretty low it shows as 27 when gaming but i live in a cold place and i'm not playing anything super demanding

it's super weird like when I'm playing csgo i can't hear it but when i play minecraft (with shaders) i can hear it

this is my first time building a pc so idk if this is normal. To be honest the sound is a bit irritating cuz the sound is super high pitched

Are you sure you are hearing the pump making the noise or the fans ramping up? and running higher doing what it is designed to do.

Fans ramping up is normal with cpu temps.
Pump noises would be like a pepper grinder, or a propeller in water (cavitation sound)

Try the pump speed on extreme with the fans on balanced.
