IS this monitor good for gaming?

IPS panels are very birght, have good colors and very wide viewing angles. On the other hand, they're more expensive and have higher response time, which is not desirable when playing games. This model, in particular, has really poor spec regarding the response time (14ms), you should look for much lower values, like 4ms provided by TN panels.

About your other question, 60Hz vs 120Hz is the refresh rate of the monitor, meaning the frequency at which image is re-drawn. Human eye perceives as "cursive" a refresh rate of at least 50Hz. However, for high-speed moving images (action movies or games) you would prefer a higher refresh rate (arounds 100Hz), otherwise the image motion would not be so smooth. It's obvious though that the graphic card also influences the motion impression, and it should render high fps (more than 25 fps). So it's not necessarily a good idea to spend a lot of money on a 120Hz monitor if your graphic card doesn't provide enough FPS, better spend some money on the graphic card too.

Wow, I didnt saw that it was 14ms xD So yeah , this one sucks. How about if i get ips panel and 5ms, is it good? And I will be using msi geforce gtx670 PE so is the 60Hz good? or do i need 120hz?
THnx

5ms is very good for IPS, not even a bad value for TN panels also. It should be ok for gaming, I don't think you can notice any difference between 5ms or lower. I also don't notice any difference between 60Hz and 120Hz, but there are some people who claim they can... IMO any 5ms 60Hz IPS panel should be ok for pretty much any 'normal' use scenarios.

And which monitor would you recomend for a similar price or even lower? 😀 Thank you

I don't know about your local shops, but in my country there aren't so many IPS options. Just some Philips, LG and Dell (mentioned them in ascending price order). At 23", all three of them have good response time (don't remember now exact values, but around 5ms anyway). Personally I don't like the Dell because it's glossy; I saw it side-by-side with the LG, and IMO LG looks better and it's also cheaper. Philips just entered the market so I don't know about it, only that is cheapest. I plan to buy the LG, but I strongly suggest to go to a showroom and see them in action before you decide upon a model. Good luck!
