So i was confused to get a 4k 60fps monitor or a 1080p/1440p 144hz/240hz monitor.

I don't play game competitively, but i play game quite a lot. The main usage of my computer will be programming.

And then i found this monitor:

It's 27" 4k 60fps, but you can switch it to 2k or FHD 144hz

Short spec:
27" AHVA Panel
3840 x 2160 60fps, 2560x1440 144hz, 1920x1080 144hz
5ms response time
G-sync and Freesync support
1x DP, 3x HDMI
99% sRGB, HDR, 1000:1 contrast ratio

The price here isn't $582 though, it's around $350 which is pretty cheap.

Should i get this monitor?
Any other recommendation will be appreciated

Note:
  • I have 1600x and 1070, but i'm planning to upgrade to 3600x and 5700xt (or newer generation if exist) next year so i can play on 144hz in any game comfortably
  • I also already have 2 other monitor which is 1080p 75hz which i used to open other program / multi tasking
  • I will still prefer to game in 1080p 144hz than 4k 60hz

Never heard of that manufacturer before, but if they can deliver on their promises that it would be a pretty solid monitor.

Look for reviews on it, if you can't find any, I would be hesitant buying it.
Armaggeddon isn't a popular company internationally, they are quiet popular here (Indonesia, SEA). They made budget gaming peripheral like mice and keyboard, and recently they step the game up a bit by releasing headsets, speakers, and monitors.

But is it even possible for monitor to have more than one native resolution? Won't the resolution beside native resolution results in blurry display?

EDIT:
After a bit of research, turns out Armaggeddon is a company from Singapore, they distribute their product to malaysia and Indonesia, a lot of malaysian bought that monitor and say it's really good, i'm more convinced, but still not 100%
