So i was confused to get a 4k 60fps monitor or a 1080p/1440p 144hz/240hz monitor.
I don't play game competitively, but i play game quite a lot. The main usage of my computer will be programming.
And then i found this monitor:

It's 27" 4k 60fps, but you can switch it to 2k or FHD 144hz
Short spec:
27" AHVA Panel
3840 x 2160 60fps, 2560x1440 144hz, 1920x1080 144hz
5ms response time
G-sync and Freesync support
1x DP, 3x HDMI
99% sRGB, HDR, 1000:1 contrast ratio
The price here isn't $582 though, it's around $350 which is pretty cheap.
Should i get this monitor?
Any other recommendation will be appreciated

Note:
- I have 1600x and 1070, but i'm planning to upgrade to 3600x and 5700xt (or newer generation if exist) next year so i can play on 144hz in any game comfortably
- I also already have 2 other monitor which is 1080p 75hz which i used to open other program / multi tasking
- I will still prefer to game in 1080p 144hz than 4k 60hz
